Entries are limited and our tests tend to fill early.  To reserve your spot in the test please mail your completed entry form along with the appropriate fees to the test secretary.  Entries are accepted on a first come first served basis and only entries accompanied by the appropriate fees will guarantee a spot.

Sping test fees are as follows:

Test Level	NAVHDA Members	Non Members	Note:  Non-member fees apply when the owner of record is not a member of the International organization. The additional costs is that of a membership.  So why not go ahead and join!
Natural Ability	$90.00	$140.00
Utility Preparatory	$110.00	$160.00
Utility	$115.00	$165.00

Please note our Chapter's refund policy:

The  Chapter will only refund entry fees in the event the test is full and your spot can be filled from the waiting list. The only exception is if the cancellation is due to an injury to the dog or handler. A veterinarian or doctor's statement may be required. The Chapter will retain a $10 administrative fee on all  refunded entries.
